Spring

Each spring, I remind myself to move into my practice with caution, like a tender animal who hasn’t seen the sun in months. ... I follow the lead of the season, dipping my toe into the power of emergence and retreating again with the chill in the air, back and forth with great attention to detail until I’m certain spring has fully taken hold.
