We must all constantly challenge the ways we may have bought into white superiority and BIPOC inferiority. When you notice a thought of white superiority or BIPOC inferiority arising within your own mind, stop and ask yourself four questions:
1. Why do I think that?
2. Where did I learn this thought?
3. How is this thought harmful?
4. How can I replace this thought with a thought that doesn't reinforce white superiority?
