My name is Karen Blackburn and I am a creative person living in Chicago. This is a place for some of what I think and much of what I make.
As a result of my employment and volunteer experiences in the United States, England, Mozambique, and Mexico, I am committed to working with children and planted myself in the field of education. I also love all of the arty habits and pursuits, many of which started when I was a child, selling little dolls and dancing annually in The Nutcracker.
It is a privilege for me to create for others, and I have done custom work for over twenty years. I live my life with minimal technology and as much creativity as I can. I try my best to stay present because time travel, as we all know, is very hard.
